Complimentary Shuttle To and From the Wedding

A shuttle will pick you up from the either of the main hotels we have blocks with (DoubleTree by Hilton or Best Western Bemidji). Pick up times TBD closer to the wedding date, please check back! Later in the evening there will be a shuttle every hour until the end of the wedding, you may take any of these shuttles back to your hotel

How to get to the Venue

The Bluebelle Event Venue 4710 Jacks Rd NW, Bemidji, MN 56601 Ways to get there: - Utilize the free shuttle (see above) - Uber and Taxis are easily available in Bemidji and will go to the venue ~10 minutes outside of Bemidji - Drive to the venue. There is plenty of free parking Driving from Winnipeg: - Depending on where you leave from in Winnipeg the drive to Bemidji is about 4-4.5 hours - The quickest way is through the Lancaster/Tolstoi port of entry in Manitoba. Border open 8am-6pm every day. - Another way is through the Roseau/South Junction port of entry in Manitoba. This will take you through where I live in Roseau, MN. This border is open 8am-8pm every day. - If you need to go through a 24/7 border, there is Warroad/Sprague port, or the main port of Pembina/Emerson that enters into North Dakota. Both are about 4.5 hours of travel.

Entering the USA Information

You will need a current passport to enter the United States. Please click on the view button below to go to the US government website that has all the information on border crossing. Border crossings: - 4 hour drive from Winnipeg: Lancaster/Tolstoi port, open 8am-6pm 7 days a week - 4 hour 10 minute drive from Winnipeg: Roseau/South Junction port, open 8am-8pm 7 days a week - 4.5 hour drive from Winnipeg: Warroad/Sprague port, open 24/7 *these three border crossings above are small and will be relatively quick to get through (usually 5-15 minutes). The Pembina/Emerson border below is the main Manitoba border crossing. Sometimes you get through quickly and sometimes the line can be 1+ hours long, so please take this into account when making arrangements. - 4.5 hour drive from Winnipeg: Pembina/Emerson port, open 24/7 Reach out to the bride with any further questions, or email rachel.izaak.olson@gmail.com

Options for flying in would be to fly to Winnipeg, Bemidji, or MSP. Fly into Winnipeg and travel down with several others that will be driving down (4 hour drive), please reach out if you would like to carpool with others coming from Winnipeg. Bemidji does have a small airport you can connect to from somewhere else in the USA - Bemidji Regional Airport (BJI) - https://www.bemidjiairport.org/ You can rent a car, or there are Ubers and Taxis easily available in Bemidji to get around Fly into Minneapolis (MSP) and drive up to Bemidji (4.5 hour drive) - https://www.mspairport.com/
