Grab a drink, and enjoy the beautiful space of the Maas Building! Make new friends or reconnect with old ones as we get ready for the celebration at hand.
Our Promise Renewal
5:30 pm
A mediation period with music will cue people to be seated. Theodra and Sidney will enter together at 5:30pm and sit facing the community. Corinne Bane and Jennifer Adjetey will each do a reading, bookending a performance by Lady Robin the Songstress. Jim Wetzel will guide a knot-tying ceremony. Andra Nelson will then preside over the exchange of rings. Theodra and Sidney will proceed to make promises to one another, with Roland Ananiglo proclaiming the marriage to the community. Theodra and Sidney will depart as newlyweds.
Party Time!
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Eat, drink, and be merry! We will have a family-style meal, speeches, desserts, and dancing. Be sure to add photos to our guestbook before you depart.
