Attire for the ceremony & reception should be formal - cocktail dresses as well as suits & tie (or bowties!) are strongly encouraged. Please no sneakers, jeans or other casual wear!
While we love all of your little ones, the only kids invited are those in the wedding party or otherwise specified on your invitations!
There is a parking lot at the venue if you choose to drive! It is a short walk from the reception barn, and there will be a golf cart transportation from the barn to the ceremony site for those who wish to take advantage of it. There will also be shuttle services to and from the block booked hotel for guests to use instead of driving if they wish.
If you have a food allergy or other dietary restriction, please reach out to us AND specify it in your RSVP! This will help us to coordinate with our venue and caterers in advance.
Please keep traffic in mind as it is memorial day weekend! There will be a lot of folks on the road for the long weekend, so for those driving in day of, be sure to give yourself plenty of time!
If a guest is specified on your invite, then yes! Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate extra guests who are not named in your invitation. If we missed an important person in your life, please reach out to us.
With Foxwoods having a check in time of 4pm, you will need to store your bags/luggage with the front desk as this is when our ceremony begins! This IS a service that is provided for hotel guests only. This means that you will need to arrive at the hotel dressed appropriately for the event as you will not yet be able to go into your room. Please give yourself enough time if you are planning on utilizing our shuttle services to drop your bags and be at the meeting point on time. You may also contact the hotel to see if they offer an earlier check in, however it may have additional associated costs.
