Yes! The dress code is Formal Garden Party Attire. We recommend a suit and tie & long dresses. Light colored suits and pastels, bright colors, or floral patterns for ties/dresses. No jeans please! Additionally, the grass lawn is soft so rethink stilettos!
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before Sunday, March 1, 2026. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Our reception will be held indoors.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm, we recommend guests arrive between 4:30-4:45pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the following events so hang tight and we will see you at cocktail hour and the reception! Thank you for understanding!
Yes! On-site parking, including Handicap Accessible parking, is available.
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

We're providing shuttle service between the Aloft Hotel and the venue for your convenience. Shuttle service from Aloft Hotel to the venue begins at 2:00pm. The last shuttle, prior to the ceremony, will leave Aloft Hotel at 4:00pm. Shuttle service back to Aloft hotel will resume at 8:30pm. The last shuttle will leave the venue at 10:00pm.
