When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 15th 2021

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot and valet parking will also be available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 pm so we recommend arriving a little earlier than that to give ample time for parking (valet will be available) and finding your seats.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is black tie optional

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! Please note your food allergy when you RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be available between Springhill Suites and Lucien's.

What about Covid?

Answer

We hope that the majority of our guest list will be vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, we highly recommend getting tested before attending. The CDC is currently recommending wearing masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Optional masks will be provided. Our ballroom also seats 500 (and we will have less than half that many guests) so there will be plenty of room to social distance. If you are feeling sick, please stay home (and let us know).
