Travel Note

Traveling to Beaver Creek

We highly recommend booking a ride on the Epic Mountain Express shuttle from Denver or Eagle-Vail airports to Beaver Creek. You DO NOT need a car once you arrive to Beaver Creek Village, as there are many free or low-cost shuttle options. Parking is very limited in Beaver Creek. Please use the link below for a discounted rate when booking your shuttle.

Enjoying Beaver Creek

Once you are on property, download the Village Connect app to request a free ride anywhere in Beaver Creek Village (coverage area is from the entrance gates to anywhere in the Village). If you would like to take a day trip over to Vail, the Vail/Beaver Creek Express shuttle is free and runs every 20 minutes.

Staying in Beaver Creek

There are many rental options both within the Village and in Avon, CO at the base of the mountain. We recommend staying in the Village for the ease of access and transportation availability. On wedding night, if you are staying in the Village, shuttles are available to take you home via the Village Connect app (linked above). The availability of transportation leaving the Village after the wedding may be limited. If you are planning to leave the Village after the wedding, we highly recommend booking your Uber/Lyft/taxi/dog sled ahead of time.
