What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Black-tie attire: We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women to wear an evening gown or floor length dress. Expect it to be chilly! Coat check will be available.

Will transportation be provided from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Yes! Private shuttles will be available to transport guests. Wedding day shuttle schedule: 2 p.m. - The Charter to Beaver Creek Chapel 3:30 p.m. - Beaver Creek Chapel to The Charter (Please enjoy a brief break and beverage at The Charter bar) 4:20 p.m. - The Charter to Saddle Ridge 10 p.m. - Saddle Ridge to The Charter

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids! However, to adhere to venue capacity requirements, we’ve chosen to make our special day an adults-only occasion.

Question

Is there an activity between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

The bride and groom will be taking pictures post-ceremony. Immediately following the ceremony, please take the shuttle buses back to The Charter and gather in the bar for a celebratory drink. The shuttles to the reception will begin loading at The Charter at 4:20 pm. If you are familiar with Beaver Creek Village, please feel free to explore on your own following the ceremony; just be sure to use the Village Connect app and get to Saddle Ridge at 4:30 p.m.
