Kameron (Mo) and Alicia met in July 2019 while preparing for a nine month mission trip. They quickly connected during their training in Georgia, before heading off to serve together in Guatemala. Their friendship flourished during their time in Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Thailand, and by the end of the trip, they had grown close. After the pandemic sent them home, Mo made a road trip to Phoenix and met Alicia’s family. A couple months later in Georgia, while leading another mission trip, they realized their friendship had deepened into something more. After Thanksgiving 2020, they started dating. Their first week together was spent road tripping across the U.S., and soon after, Alicia moved to Guatemala for ministry, with Mo's two-week trip turning into a longer stay, where he ended up staying as long as Alicia In July 2021, Mo moved to Arizona to be with Alicia. They’ve traveled, explored new places, and faced challenges together. In June 2024, Mo proposed to Alicia, and now they’re counting down the days until they become husband and wife. Looking back, they are overwhelmed with gratitude for the Lord's faithfulness.
