The Cabins at Copperhill, LLC

This is the AirBnb where the wedding will be held, and has also been reserved for the wedding party and close family to stay overnight. The entire space is rented out, and additional rooms will be unavailable for booking.

Hotel

The Mallard Hotel

This is the main hotel that is closest to the event (5 min drive). It is a cute, mallard-themed (for all you Wisconsinites!) hotel that has any accommodations you would need. Rooms are very affordable (~$100) and can fit anywhere from 2-4 guests. I am working on getting a group discount rate, but am unsure at this time if it is possible due to the already low rates. Update on this to be posted. There are other hotels/motels close to the area to choose from (some even in GA if you want to cross the border) if you so wish! This is just the most budget friendly option that is also the closest to us.

Flight

Chattanooga Airport

Chattanooga Airport is technically the closest, but it is unfortunately still a hike to get to the event location. This airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Cabins and surrounding areas, so I am doing my best working with the Cabins owner to coordinate hopefully a shuttle or possibly even renting a large van to pick guests up in large batches, if flights are able to be coordinated and then coordinated pick ups will allow for this. Updating Brittany once travel options are chosen will help expedite this process.

Rental Car

Any Car Rental Company

By no means do you have to wait for an update to coordinate your own independent travel once landed at Chattanooga airport. Having a rental car means you may arrive at any point during May 28-30th for the wedding, and you may stay as long as you like and even extend a vacation out of it! This area has much to offer and the time of year is quite comfortable for outdoor activities. If renting a car is a heavily requested option, I will do my best to get into contact with a car rental company to see if I am able to get a discount for you guys.

Driving Information!

Flying down to Copperhill is not the only way to come to our wedding! Driving is definitely an option, and while you may need to take a break on the way to rest, who doesn't love a good road trip? This way you have your own car and are able to sight-see on your own time, and come and go as you please, all while cutting out rental car costs. <3 (we love that for you) From Milwaukee, the drive is just over 11 hours, totally doable. For our loved ones coming from Albuquerque, we completely apologize, and wanted the travel to be as fair to both sides as possible, but for this, it is going to be a longer road trip for you. Sorry :C From Albuquerque, the drive is ~20.5 hours. But again! Think of the flight money and rental car money to be saved! ;D We understand that these travel options do not make coming to this wedding easy, or necessarily cheap. Because of this, we understand if you are unable or not willing to make it. We will be sure to meet up with you when we are home and party it up with you at a later time!

Shuttle

A shuttle is a possibility to pick up large groups from the airport upon arrival. Please let Brittany know if this is of interest to you, and a shuttle company will be booked.
