FAQs

Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

We are getting married on March 15, 2026 at The Springs Denton: The Ranch located at 5430 Wildcat Rd, Aubrey, TX 76227

Question

When do I need to let you know by?

Answer

Please RSVP on or BEFORE February 13th. This is the last day we are able to give the final headcount to our vendors, so unfortunately we will have to mark your RSVP as "unable to attend" if you have not replied by February 13th. We would love to have you join us, so please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any issues!

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving by 4pm to find your seat before the ceremony starts promptly at 4:15pm

Question

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15pm, followed by a post-ceremony celebration, then we ask that guests find their way to their seats in the reception space for dinner starting around 5:45pm. The merriment will conclude with a send-off for the couple around 10pm!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Texas garden party will be the vibe! Refined, yet comfortable. Get out your “Easter Sunday Best". Men: opt for a crisp button-down, well-fitted or dark-wash jeans, cowboy boots (or dress pants and dress shoes if “cowboy” isn’t your vibe), and an optional blazer or jacket. Women: elegant springtime dresses paired with boots or sandals. Bonus points to all who don a cowboy hat! Our ceremony will be outdoors and the reception indoors at The Springs in Denton, TX. Many pathways are paved, but some areas include grass and gravel — so choose footwear that’s comfortable and steady (this might not be the best occasion for stilettos).

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Everyone that we are able to accommodate was included in the wedding invitations. If you have a guest, it was included on your invitation! If your invite does not specifically list a guest or plus one, please respect our decision. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! They are welcome. PLEASE NOTE that, while the music will not be vulgar or overly explicit, some of the songs played at the reception may be inappropriate for young children. Please be sure that your little ones will be able to remain respectful of the events and setup of the evening, such as sitting through the ceremony and respecting the dance floor for the first dance/parent dances. Many food and drink items will be openly served and easily within reach for children. If you think that this may be a challenge, then this would be a good opportunity for a date night for mom and dad alone!

Question

What is the nearest airport?

Answer

DFW International is the closest major airport and is approx. 40 minutes from the venue. Dallas Love Field Airport (if you fly Southwest) is slightly father at approx. 55 minutes from the venue. Ubers/Lyfts are very easily accessible for the ride from the airports to hotels, as well as to and from the venue, but if you'd prefer to rent a car there is plenty of open parking at the venue as well!

Question

Where should guests stay?

Answer

There are multiple hotels within 20 minutes of the venue! Check out our "Travel" page for more information. FOR THE ROAD TRIP LOVERS - If you'd like the true cowboy experience at Lone Oak Ranch in Gainesville (where Angela currently lives), there is also an option to bring your own motor home/RV/camping vehicle and stay on site. This will include full water/power/sewer hookups. Please coordinate with the bride if you'd like this option.

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

The venue and hotels are within easy reach from both the DFW airport and Dallas Lovefield airport (if you fly Southwest). There are always Ubers/Lyfts readily available as well as the option to rent a car! The venue has plenty of parking.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

PLEASE LIST ANY ALLERGIES IN YOUR RSVP Dinner will be served buffet style and include your choice of build-your-own chicken or beef tacos with sides of rice and/or beans. Everyone knows that a taco dinner is incomplete without chips so we will also have a selection of chips and guac/queso/salsa for you to snack on! Dessert will be a combination of the bride and groom's favorite treats including cannolis, chocolates, and cookies.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We’d be so grateful for contributions to our Newlywed Fund or to our Honeymoon in Yosemite in place of traditional gifts, but for those who love giving something to unwrap, we’ve put together a small registry here on Zola too. You can find all the details and links under the “Registry” tab if you’d like to bless our journey together.

Question

Can we ship gifts to you directly?

Answer

Yes! The best address to use is 2324 Fincher Rd, Haltom City, TX 76117

Question

Can we take our own photos and post them online?

Answer

Yes, it is highly encouraged for the reception! Our ceremony will be unplugged, and it will be required that all phones be kept away so that the photographers and videographers can capture everything they need to. Don't worry, there will be plenty of opportunity to grab formal photos/videos with the bride and groom during the cocktail hour and reception. We can't wait to see the celebration from your perspective, please feel free to send us photos or share on social media and tag the bride/groom!
