Yes, there will be parking at the venue. You are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight, as long as it is picked up by 11:00 am the following morning! Ride shares are also readily available.
We warmly welcome children who are specifically invited by name on our formal invitation. Due to venue capacity constraints, we kindly ask that only those children individually listed attend our celebration.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, however, the reception will be held indoors. The weather in October has average highs in the mid-80s and average lows in the low-60s. Keep in mind that the humidity is generally low in Arizona, so it may feel cooler.
Please let us know your plans by September 1st, 2026. This will allow us to have an accurate headcount when collaborating with vendors while also ensuring enough time for guests to book flights and accommodations.
