Arrivals/Departures: The Lisbon Airport (LIS) is located 15min from Lisbon's city center. Ubers or cabs are available but bring cash (euros) as many cabs do not take credit cards. If you don’t have cash, make sure the cab accepts card payment before getting in.
Getting Around: Lisbon is very walkable, but it’s called the city of seven hills for a reason. While it is easy to get around on foot, most routes will be at an incline, but there is easy access to Uber and Bolt which offer car rides and electric scooters.
Where to Stay: Most of our recommendations are in the Príncipe Real neighborhood of Lisbon, as many of our planned activities, including wedding shuttle pick up and drop off, will be in that part of town. Of course, though, there are so many wonderful neighborhoods in Lisbon, so choose your own adventure! If you go the AirBnB or VRBO route, note that many rentals do not have elevators in the buildings. Lastly, we recommend booking as soon as you're comfortable doing so.
