The wedding and dinner will take place outside and it's expected to be warm and pleasant with a high of 78 degrees.
Terrain will have some small hills and mixed dirt/paved roads. Overall mild hiking conditions with plenty of shade.
We encourage women to wear light sundresses or rompers and sandals and men to wear short sleeve button down or polo shirts. Please, no Hawaiian shirts, shorts or sneakers.
For the hike and ketubah signing, the Hoyt Arboretum Visitor's Center has a fee-based parking lot, or you can take public transit with regular service from the 63 bus line. The wedding itself is in a residential neighborhood, so there should be enough street parking within a 2 block radius. We encourage carpooling or you can take public transit, as there is bus service from the 1, 54, and 56 bus lines within an 8 minute walk. For the Sunday Farewell, parking at our house can be found around the block in the neighborhood, near SE 9th Ave and SE Spokane St. Limited street parking is available directly in front of our home. You may also take public transit, as our house is about a 3 minute walk from the 99 and 70 bus lines, or a 20 minute walk from the orange MAX line with service to downtown Portland.
