HOTELS ARE TOO BUSY

We are so looking forward to having you at our wedding! I have some information about hotels... unfortunately, it is not possible to secure a block of rooms during the dates of the wedding (it is a three-day weekend, the beginning of Spring Training in AZ, multiple large soccer tournaments, and (of course) the wedding)! I have listed below three hotels with reasonable ratings within 15 minutes of the venue. There are multiple hotels so please have a look. Scottsdale is known for its resorts - waterparks, golf, 5-star restaurants, etc. They are 30+ minutes away from the venue and a bit more pricey. But perhaps a vacation is in order while at this wonderful event! I highly recommend that you book your hotel as soon as possible. I checked with a few hotels and they only have a small number of rooms left. If you book through the hotel directly (vs. hotels.com, etc.), you usually have the option of cancellation or changing before the event. We suggest that you book your rental cars now with cancellation/change rights to ensure you have a car if you need one.
