Shuttle

Don't worry about driving! We'll have shuttles running back and forth between the hotel and the John James Audubon Center. The shuttles will leave from the Sheraton Valley Forge at 3pm and head for the John James Audubon Center, and then make a second trip from the hotel to the venue again at 3:30pm. As the night goes on, we'll have the shuttles running in 30-minute increments between the venue and the hotel, just in case you need to slip out early. The final bus leaves for the Sheraton at 11pm.

Philadelphia International Airport

We recommend flying into PHL, as it's the closest airport to all the festivities. However, you could also fly into Newark Liberty International Airport and organize transportation from there if that's more convenient for you.

For our international guests, we recommend looking into flights at Newark Airport - they may end up being much more affordable than flying into Philly. If you have any questions about flights or other nearby airports, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
