Do I have to participate in the golf scramble?

Answer

Not at all! We understand not everyone shares our love of golf, so do not feel bad if you want to sit this one out! Feel free to stay back at the resort and enjoy the morning how you want! For those *not interested in golfing but who still want to ride along, no problem! *RSVP yes to golf and reach out to either Scott or Courtney to let them know you'll be riding.

What time will the golf scramble start and end?

Answer

Groups will be teeing off at precisely 8:30am. We advise everyone plan to arrive at the Eagle River Golf Course at least by 8:00am, earlier if you plan to hit some practice balls.

What should I wear for the golf scramble?

Answer

Photographers and videographers will be with us the entire day so dress your best!

Will there be time to get ready for the wedding after golf?

Answer

Yes! We have built in roughly 3 + hours between the end of golf and the wedding ceremony to relax, shower and get ready for the evening festivities.

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

There is a short 10-15 minute walk to the ceremony site. We ask guests arrive for the wedding no later than 3:30pm. Please allow time for parking, mingling, walk to ceremony. Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

What happens between golf and ceremony?

Answer

This is your time to relax, freshen up, and get ready. Take a nap, grab a drink, or hang out and mingle before the ceremony begins.

I’ve never golfed before—can I still join?

Answer

Yes! The scramble format is beginner-friendly and meant to be fun, not competitive. We have a lot of very experienced golfers playing and will do our best to keep it fair.

Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?

What should I bring to stay in a cabin?

Answer

All cabins come fully furnished with bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. Bring snacks, food, beverages, toiletries and towels. Contact Scott or Courtney for any questions about packing!
