Welcome to Camp Moline! We are so excited to welcome you for a fun-filled weekend of celebration, connection, and time together at Afterglow. From relaxed moments around the resort to our wedding day festivities, we hope you’ll take time to enjoy the setting, the activities, and each other along the way. Below is a guide to what you can expect throughout the weekend so you don’t miss a thing. For those staying at the resort, a printed copy of this schedule will be available in your cabin for easy reference. We can’t wait to make unforgettable memories with you!

Swing before the Ring - Golf Scramble

7:45 am - 12:30 pm

Eagle River Golf Course

We’ll be kicking things off with an 8:30 AM shotgun start, so please plan to arrive at the course with enough time to find your golf cart, hit the range, take some photos and be ready to tee off right on time. Staying on schedule helps keep the pace of play smooth and ensures everyone has a great morning on the course. Snacks and drinks will be stocked in each cart, and a beverage cart will be making the rounds for the wedding party—so you’ll be well taken care of! A friendly reminder to drink responsibly: there’s a short turnaround between finishing golf and heading back to the resort for the ceremony. Think of the day as a marathon, not a sprint—pace yourself, stay hydrated, and save some energy for celebrating later. Most importantly, have fun out there! This event is golf formal.

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Afterglow Lake Resort

5050 Sugar Maple Road, Phelps, WI 54554

Our ceremony site is a scenic 15-minute walk from the resort, and we invite you to make an experience out of it! Along the way, enjoy a canoe stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, light snacks, and a few fun photo opportunities—so be sure to snap some pictures and take it all in. The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, so please allow plenty of time to stroll, grab a beverage, and enjoy the little details along the walk. For guests who prefer not to walk, golf cart transportation will be available.

Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Sugar Maple Taps - Mobile Bar

Cocktail Hour will begin immediately following the ceremony, from 5:00–6:30 PM. Guests are invited to return to the quad, where our mobile bar will be set up. Enjoy a selection of curated signature cocktails, delicious hors d’oeuvres, lawn games, and plenty of time to mingle and celebrate before dinner. Cheers and enjoy!

Dinner

6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us under the tent for a delicious, catered dinner.

FIREWORKS

9:00 pm

As the evening comes to a close, gather by the lake for a fireworks show, a beautiful send-off to a day filled with love, laughter, and celebration.
