Flight

SEA Airport

Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) is approximately 2 hours west of Leavenworth and has the most flight options. The drive to Leavenworth from Seattle is beautiful, but requires a rental car - there aren't great public transportation options to get to Leavenworth. Please note: traffic will be heavy returning to Seattle from Leavenworth on a Sunday in the summer, and can easily add 30+ minutes to travel time. Please plan accordingly and make sure you have enough time to drive back for your flights home!

Pangborn Memorial Airport (EAT) in Wenatchee is approximately 30 minutes from Leavenworth, and saves on drive time, but likely has limited flight options and will probably cost a bit more than flying into SEA.

Obertal Inn

We have a block rooms reserved at the Obertal Inn right in downtown Leavenworth. Rooms are $200/night for a standard double queen room and $220 a night for a king with a balcony. Please call to reserve and mention the "Moeller-Wright" wedding.

Multiple Hotels in Wenatchee

We do not have room blocks at any specific hotel in Wenatchee, but there are several national hotel brands available in Wenatchee and will be the most affordable accommodations. Hotels in Wenatchee are generally around $150-$175/night, and are appx. 30 minutes from Leavenworth.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Obertal Inn to Sleeping Lady Resort

July 23, 2022 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm

There will be a shuttle running back and forth between the Obertal Inn and Sleeping Lady. The shuttle only seats about 15 people but it can make unlimited round trips. There will be at least 3 shuttle runs to the ceremony prior to 4pm. If you do not want to take the shuttle, feel free to drive your own vehicle! Please be sure to drive safe.
