How do we RSVP?

Answer

We are in 2021 going on 2022, & you're dealing with tech lord Nick over here, we've gone paperless! Register right here on our website by selecting the RSVP tab and entering in your first and last name. Be sure you have all your travel plans confirmed before you RSVP for each event. We will be taking your RSVP for your transportation to and from the venue, should you chose to take part in the hosted transportation for the wedding day!

Still in the engagement phase, come back by the end of the year to see what we have for you! Your gifts, support and love are always appreciated!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive as early as 3:00pm. The shuttle service from South Lake Tahoe will depart for West Shore Cafe at approximately 2pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Lake formal = Beach formal, but we are on a lake people; let's see those dresses and slacks that have been in the back of the closet the past year!😉

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If we collected your plus ones’ information in your RSVP, then yes. If we have not connected with you regarding a plus one, please send us an email to themilsners@gmail.com.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your kids are listed on your RSVP on our website, then yes. For all others, we are sure your kids are cute, however we are reserving space for immediate family.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are strongly encouraging all of our guests to stay in South Lake Tahoe. Please visit the Arriving to Lake Tahoe, CA page here on our website for all travel and stay information. All discounted room rates will be available to begin booking in November. We will notify you as soon as we have the discounted booking link for you! For now, get excited!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

No, please pack your own lunch. Just kidding, our amazing food and beverage team will be available to answer any questions you may have day of, there also will be vegetarian options!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are providing round trip transportation to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will be departing from South Lake Tahoe to West Shore Cafe and Inn on the wedding day. Please check back for specific shuttle times.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, if you would like to drive yourself, parking is available, complimentary, onsite at the West Shore Cafe and Inn.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Please visit the Schedule of Events page here on our website for a list of the events that all attendees are welcome to. We will have the Welcome Event on Thursday evening, followed by the wedding ceremony and reception on Friday. Please join us!
