Doors open at 11 AM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 12 PM. Please plan to arrive early to ensure you're seated and ready for the start of the ceremony. We appreciate your punctuality in helping us keep everything running smoothly!
Yes, there will be parking available at the venue with 90 spots. Reserved parking will be provided for handicap-accessible guests and special guests. If additional parking is required, there will be extra spaces in a designated grass area on the property. We encourage carpooling when possible to help ensure there’s enough space for everyone.
Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but cocktail hour will take place outdoors to allow our amazing venue staff time to transform the space for the reception. November typically brings lovely weather, but we recommend bringing a cozy jacket or blanket to stay warm and comfortable while enjoying the outdoor ambiance during cocktail hour. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
We kindly request formal attire. We ask that men wear either a suit, tuxedo, or dress shirt paired with dress pants or tupenu. As for the ladies, floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or puletahas are welcome. Our color scheme for guests is inspired by fall and earth tones. If you’re able, we kindly ask you to wear colors such as burnt orange, olive green, mustard yellow, rust, terracotta, or similar shades. These warm tones will beautifully complement the overall aesthetic of our celebration. Please dress to impress- we’re excited to celebrate this special day in style with you!
The nearest major airport is Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). It’s about a 45 to 60-minute drive to Rocky Mount, so we highly recommend renting a car for the weekend. If you're unable to arrange transportation, please reach out directly to the bride or groom — we’ll do our best to coordinate a ride for you.
