What is the timing of all events on the wedding day?

Answer

That can be found on the 'Schedule' tab of this website. This time around we'll be at the Cultural Center for both the vow renewal, cocktail hour and reception, so you only need to be at this one place for the festivities that start at 6p.

I'm driving into Chicago and need to park my car, what are my options?

Answer

We do not have guaranteed on-site parking for our reception, so please plan ahead. If you're staying at one of the hotel blocks, there is on-site parking at both and rates can be found on our room block links and by calling the hotels. We love the SpotHero app as well - you can use this service and find parking and pay for a parking spot for a certain amount of time as needed.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at the Cultural Center

What is the dress code for wedding?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire - we want our guests to be comfortable but use this as an excuse to dress up! Feel free to break out that tux you bought and only got to wear once, or stick to your favorite suit. Ladies - any cocktail or semi-formal dress will do depending on what you want to wear!

Are my children invited?

Answer

We love your kids! But we want this to be a night off for you. Unless your child is in the wedding party, please plan on making sitter arrangements.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Once invitations are sent out, we'll be asking guests to RSVP online via this website. More details to come on this process!

How do I let you know about any food allergies or dietary needs?

Answer

All of those details will be collected from the online RSVP and we will be sure to pass along to the caterer! There will be a beef, chicken and vegetarian meal option, but we'll ask you to please spell out all other food allergies or specifications during the RSVP process.
