Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3pm. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before that to take your seat and to get pictures of the chapel. (Trust me, you will want some pics before the unplugged ceremony)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There's not a strict dress code, but please look nice but be comfortable. This will be an outside wedding ceremony and the reception will take place on the beach. The weather is going to be mid 70's with a nice breeze and sunshine. Comfortable chunky heels or sandals are recommended as there will be steps, sand and a little bit of walking.

Are kids welcome?

No, unfortunately this is an "adult only" resort.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Sandals Royal Bahamian is an all inclusive resort that we are getting married at. Please contact our travel agent for booking a room. If you wish to stay somewhere off the resort, please contact me!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Definitely let us know if you have any food allergies or specifications.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no parking available but when you fly into Nassau transportation will be provided to and from the resort!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having our rehearsal dinner the evening before the wedding for the wedding party. (Friday March 6th) Sunday Brunch will take place the morning after the wedding for those who want to attend.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will be on a private island starting around 5:30-6pm and will last until about 9:30pm. Once the reception is over there will be a boat to bring us back to the main land. You may either settle back into your room for the night or join us at the Queens Pearl for the after party!
