How do I RSVP?

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 31st, 2025.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation are expected. If you receive a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we kindly request an adults-only celebration, we understand that some little ones are still very much attached (literally!). Nursing infants are of course welcomed.

What do I wear?

Answer

We kindly request that guests adhere to semi-formal or cocktail attire. We enjoy more neutral earth tones but at the end of the day if all you have is hot pink, we won't mind.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive between 2:30 and 2:45 PM to ensure everyone is seated and settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We appreciate your punctuality and look forward to sharing this special moment with you.

Where will I park?

Answer

Parking will be available on the road outside of the house. There will be someone helping direct parking as we would hate for our guests to get blocked in. Big Bear is also small so ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also great options.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held outside. There will be space heaters around the property should it get cold in the evening. A warm jacket might make the night more comfortable for some. Temperatures in Big Bear tend to be nice in the afternoon but dip quite a bit once the sun goes down as it is the mountains.

There are a variety of AirBnB options in the Big Bear Valley, as well as multiple hotels within the area.

Which airport do I fly into?

Answer

For those of you flying into California from of state, Ontario airport is the closest to Big Bear and also one of the cheapest. There are several others however that are close enough. LAX is the biggest airport nearby, the Long Beach airport and John Wayne in Orange County sometimes also have great deals.
