What hotel should we book?

Answer

We have a hotel blocked off for the weekend of our wedding! The hotel is blocked from 7/24/26 - 7/26/26. The name of the hotel is Fairfield by Marriott Inn and the address is 2445 Teaster Ln, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Check in time is at 4:00pm and check out time is at 11:00am. *Last day to reserve at a discounted rate is May 24, 2026* If you plan on flying, we recommend flying in Friday night as the ceremony will start at 4:00pm on Saturday and cocktail hour will occur immediately after.

Can I bring a guest/kids?

If your invitation says “and Guest” OR “* The __ Family*” then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a range of wines/beer/and specialty cocktails along with hired bartenders to service our guests. Cash for tips are appreciated.

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation through Elite Shuttle Services. This transportation service will pick up guests at the Fairfield by Marriott hotel and drive them to the Trillium Venue. The schedule is as follows: 3:00pm: the shuttle will be ready outside the hotel to provide service to The Trillium venue 10:00pm: the shuttle will pick up hotel guests from the venue and drive back to Fairfield by Marriott to conclude the night The shuttle can go back to the hotel prior to the conclusion of the reception if you wish.

Is dinner included?

Answer

Yes! We will have a catering service providing dinner after cocktail hour.

Question

What should we do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony at the Trillium. They will provide complementary drinks along with hors d’oeuvres.
