FAQs

So you can best prepare for 10.10.2026, please see below!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please submit your RSVP before August 22nd. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is cocktail/semi‑formal attire: Dressy cocktail dresses, suits or sport coats, and stylish, comfortable shoes. We’d love for everyone to dress to impress while feeling comfortable and ready to celebrate with us!

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you please be in your seats by 1:45 for the wedding to start on time. You know Jaylee hates when things are late!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the Travel section of our website.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at 2 separate locations, 30 minutes apart! We recommend driving to Church of the Resurrection for the ceremony. There will be approximately 2 hours in between the ceremony and cocktail hour. Check out the Things to Do section for Jack and Jaylee's recommendations for in between!

Question

What's parking like at the reception?

Answer

We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or the free KC Streetcar so you can enjoy the party! The KC Streetcar is one block away from our venue (North Loop stop), walk east up the hill and you've found us! There is a free parking lot at 7th & Main marked with "City Market Parking". There is also a paid lot across the street from our venue and limited street parking. Please plan in advance!

Question

Is it inside or outside?

Answer

Cocktail hour is the only portion of the day that will take place outside. We all know fall weather in the Midwest can be a toss up, so make sure to plan accordingly!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love your children, our venue has limited space, and we’re unable to accommodate little ones. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
