FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

On time. We love a dramatic entrance, but maybe not during our wedding vows. In all seriousness, we will be starting the ceremony promptly at 5:30pm. We ask that you kindly arrive 20-30 minuts before then.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual/beach formal/nautical glam - We’re by the water, but not swimming in it. Think: looking good without regretting your shoes.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We’re hoping to say "I do" overlooking the beautiful Manasquan River in the garden area of our venue, but Mother Nature gets the final word. If the weather plays nice, the ceremony will be outdoors. If not, we have a gorgeous indoor chapel ready to go. Cocktail hour and reception will both be indoors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Is water wet? Yes. Cheers in advance.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Take the night off, you’ve earned it!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “+1,” then yes! If not, we still love you deeply and remember that solo-dance-floor-dominators are our favorite people.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at the Crystal Point Inn, just steps from the venue (zero chance of getting lost!). Details on how to book can be found on the Travel tab. Rooms are limited and first come, first serve, so don’t sleep on it… unless it’s in one of those rooms!

Question

Will your dog be at the wedding?

Answer

He's part of the planning committee, but not sure he can get the invite yet.

Question

Will there be a vodka ice luge?

Answer

No, we unfortunately weren't able to get that as an add-on for our venue package.

Question

I can't attend - how can I let you know?

Answer

We’ll miss you, but we understand! Please head to the RSVP tab on our website and let us know you won’t be able to make it. This helps us plan accordingly, and we truly appreciate the heads-up.
