When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending out our invitations this summer, and we will have instructions on when and how to RSVP. Please follow those instructions and RSVP by the date noted on the card.

Are Children Welcome?

As much as we'd love to invite them, we're planning an adults only event.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked rooms at both of the major Auburn hotels. Please see our Travel page on how to book your room within our discounted blocks. We also listed some Airbnbs in Auburn that are walking distance to the hotels where you can still hitch a ride on our shuttles.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30pm. If you are not taking our guest transportation, please arrive 20 minutes prior to allow time to find parking and make your way to the ceremony spot.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you list your dietary restrictions and allergies when you RSVP so we can let our planner and venue know. Our venue provides our catering, and they are happy to accommodate any needs.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a large guest shuttle bus that will pick guests up from the two hotels in Auburn where we have room blocks. The shuttle will run loops between the hotels and the venue and back. Please check back closer to the wedding date for the exact schedule.
