Where do we fly in?

Answer

We always fly into Washington Dulles (IAD). It's about a three hour direct flight from Dallas. Berkeley Springs is almost 2 hours drive-time from the airport so we also rent a car. We are encouraging rideshare/carpooling to and from the airport with other guests if possible. Once you're in Berkeley Springs, you won't need a car for wedding festivities - everything is super close to the Inn. With that being said, there is also a ton of cute towns nearby and fun mountain roads to drive if you're into exploring! Another option is to fly in/out of Reagan International Airport (DCA) for easier access to DC if you're planning on visiting while in town. You can see the Washington Monument from the airport but it's in a high traffic area. Like, even worse than Dallas...

Details about the rooms at The Country Inn?

Each room has two queen size beds. The hotel is across the street from the church and right in the middle of "downtown". Fun fact: The Inn is considered our nation's first spa and was originally known as Town of Bath. The town's therapeutic mineral springs became famous when George Washington would soak in the "healing waters" (as the Native Americans called them) before battle. You can check out Washington's Bathtub or visit the whirlpools in the Renaissance Spa - they're both within walking distance of the Inn.
