We're starting the party early - please join us for after-dinner drinks, dessert, and (with a little luck) a Lake St. Clair sunset to kick off our wedding weekend. This event will be held in the Community Building at the Pier Park. Let the gate attendant know you are attending the Schulte/Malley wedding and park in the marked spaces; the Community Building is just a short walk from the lot.

Please arrive by 4 p.m. to allow enough time to be seated before the ceremony begins. We invite our guests to dress for a sophisticated summer evening by the lake. Gentlemen: suits and ties or tuxedos are requested Ladies: elegant summer gowns or dressy separates are requested As our celebration will be held outdoors on grass, we recommend choosing footwear accordingly. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony on the Grosse Pointe Club lawn.

Our reception will be held outdoors underneath a lakeside tent. Evenings by the lake can be cool after the sun goes down—feel free to bring a wrap or jacket.

When the band plays its final song, the party continues—join us for an after party by the lake! Enjoy late-night bites, our best Spotify playlist, and good company as we wrap up the celebration under the stars. The after party will take place on the Grosse Pointe Club lawn.
