Shuttle from Hotel Covington to the Ceremony

August 15, 2026 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

A complimentary shuttle service will be provided for our guests. The shuttle will run from Hotel Covington to the Taft Museum of Art for the ceremony and then return guests back to Hotel Covington, which is conveniently located directly across the street from the reception. Shuttle service will begin at 4:00 PM, and make multiple trips as needed until 5:00 PM.

Hotel Covington is located right next door to our reception at The Madison. We’ve reserved a limited number of rooms at Hotel Covington with a special discounted rate for our guests. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis and MUST be booked by 30 days prior to the wedding. Please note, the discounted rate applies to guests staying both Friday and Saturday night. Located just a few blocks from our reception venue, the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter is another convenient option for your stay. Guests can book rooms directly through the hotel. Please note, we do not have a reserved room block here, so availability and rates may vary.

Also just a short walk from our reception venue, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter offers a comfortable stay with easy access to all the wedding festivities. Rooms can be booked directly with the hotel. Please note, we have not reserved a room block at this location, so rates and availability will depend on the hotel at the time of booking.

The closest and most convenient airport for our guests is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). CVG is just a short 20-minute drive to our hotels, wedding venues, and downtown Cincinnati, making it the easiest option for those flying in. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available at the airport, so getting to your hotel or the city is simple and stress-free.
