Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on Saturday, August 15, 2026. The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM at the Taft Museum of Art (316 Pike Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202), where free parking is available in the garage located directly beneath the museum. Immediately after the ceremony, we’ll head just across the river to The Madison Event Center (700 Madison Avenue, Covington, KY 41011) for the reception, beginning at 6:30. Guests can find paid parking in nearby garages and lots at The Madison.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors at the Taft Museum of Art, so please keep the weather in mind. The reception will be held indoors at The Madison Event Center, where we’ll celebrate in air-conditioned comfort.

Is there a shuttle service from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A complimentary shuttle service will be provided for our guests. The shuttle will run from Hotel Covington to the Taft Museum of Art for the ceremony and then return guests back to Hotel Covington, which is conveniently located directly across the street from the reception. Shuttle service will begin at 4:00 PM, and make multiple trips as needed until 5:00 PM.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests wear cocktail attire. For ladies, think cocktail dresses, LBD, or chic jumpsuits. For gentlemen, dress slacks with a button-down shirt and jackets are perfect; ties are optional if you’d like. Please no jeans, gym shoes, or casual sandals. Our goal is for everyone to look polished and celebratory, while still staying cool and comfortable enough to dance the night away!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are happy to welcome those who have been included on your formal invitation. However, if your little ones were not listed, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a sitter so that all guests can relax and enjoy the evening with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says you have a guest, then yes—RSVP & bring them along, we can’t wait to celebrate with both of you! If not, we kindly ask that you fly solo this time so we can keep things running smoothly (and have more room on the dance floor!)

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please check the "Travel" page for more detail on hotel accommodations. We will have limited rooms blocked and available for a discounted rate at The Hotel Covington. For guests who may need other options, there are two additional hotels located just a few blocks from our reception venue: the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter and the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter.

What airports are closest?

Answer

For those traveling from out of town, the closest airport is the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), located just about 20 minutes from both the ceremony and reception venues.

Answer

You can find our registry on the "Registry" page! We’d love for you to contribute to our honeymoon fund or future home fund, if you wish to give us a gift. Should you prefer to give a gift, we are registered with Amazon as well. More than anything, we’re just so excited to celebrate with you and are incredibly thankful for your love and support!
