When you receive our formal invitation, there will be information on how to RSVP.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date that we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we must provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs.
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest friends and family. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best semi-formal attire. Our bridal party will be in black, dusty blue, and navy blue.
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), while the reception to follow will be indoors with air conditioning. Please dress accordingly.
Yes, but it is limited. The venue has capacity for a maximum of 150 cars including handicap spots. Plan on car pooling if possible!
Guests can park overnight but are asked to retrieve vehicles the follow morning by 8:00am.
Yes! To make things easy for everyone staying at the recommended hotels, we’ll be providing a shuttle service between the Residence Inn / Hilton Garden Inn and Rolling Ridge. A shuttle will run at multiple times to bring guests from the hotels to the venue before the ceremony. The return shuttle will run at multiple times throughout and after the reception to take guests back to the hotels. Important note: The Residence Inn and Hilton Garden Inn are connected by an indoor hallway—they’re essentially one complex with two entrances. The shuttle will pick up and drop off from a single location serving both hotels. Exact schedule, pickup location, and times will be shared closer to the date.
