Question

How/When do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" tab at the top of this page! Please RSVP no later than Thursday August 29th. Due to timelines with the venue, any late RSVPs will be considered a no, or we will ask you to bring a chair and a sandwich and enjoy the music from the venue parking lot (we will wave hello!).

When should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

4pm sharp, please! Anyone who arrives after 4:05pm will have to do a special solo dance for all guests in order to remain at the wedding. We've notified security.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both, hopefully! Weather permitting, our ceremony will be at the Riverside at City Winery... just a short walk from the parking lot. Cocktail hour will follow on an outdoor patio, and the reception will be inside. In the event of rain, all parts of the wedding will be moved indoors (unless we decide to dance in the rain). An attendant will be at the parking lot ready to show you which direction to go!

Is there transportation?

We have busses shuttling guests back and forth from the hotels. Stay tuned for the exact times, coming soon!

How is the Parking?

Answer

No parallel parking for you on our wedding day! There is a parking lot at City Winery, with handicap parking close to the building. The venue is a 9.4 mile walk from the hotels, but we recommend you save your feet for dancing!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We hired two rather expensive professionals, so kindly keep your cameras/phones/ipads tucked away during the ceremony. But during the cocktail hour and reception feel free to Instagram the $#!+ out of the newlyweds.

Is it an open bar?

Duh. It's like you don't even know us! Honestly...

Can I bring my partner/a guest?

Answer

While we LOVE a big party and would love to make this open-invitation (trust us, we tried), we are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love to watch the children run and play, the wedding is going to be an adults only kind of day. Thank you for understanding and we hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off! However, we're happy to have your little ones join us the night before or day after the wedding at Aspire & Equilibrium Breweries!

How do I communicate Dietary Restrictions?

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day. Please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs. And don't feel bad ...you should see what Joe eats.

How do I communicate Accessibility Concerns?

Answer

Please include any accessibility concerns we should know about when you RSVP. Note: Guests will walk a slightly downhill paved and carpeted path to the ceremony space from the parking lot. The ceremony will be on grass, and then guests will walk a short flat carpeted walk to cocktail hour. From cocktail hour, there is a staircase leading up one story to the reception space (or you can walk around the building to the front where there is a ramp). For any mothers who need a space to pump, please contact Joe & Amanda and we can help coordinate a comfortable space for you.

Are there other wedding events?

Answer

We've heard the wedding day goes by in a flash (and good luck peeling Amanda off the dance floor) so we'd love to see you and catch up the day before and after the wedding! Check our schedule button at the top of this page for information, as well as information you'll receive when you RSVP! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where can I stay/do you have a hotel block?

We do! Just click on the "Hotel & Travel" tab at the top of this page and it will take you to all the information your heart desires!

Can I smoke?

Answer

City Winery requests that you only smoke in approved in smoking areas outside of the venue. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground, as the squirrels will get at them and the venue has gone through great lengths to get them to stop smoking.

Your dad/maid of honor/best man is really hot. Are they available and can I have their number?
