Things To Do

Downtown

Asheville, NC 28801

There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops to explore in downtown Asheville, and by shopping local, you're helping Asheville recover and rebuild from Hurricane Helene which devastated much of Western North Carolina this past September. We have always loved just walking around the city and discovering cool new spots—if you find something you love, please let us know. We hope you love Asheville as much as we do!

Twisted Laurel Downtown Asheville

130 College Street, Asheville, NC 28801

This is where we are hosting our welcome party, but if you have the chance to have lunch/dinner here, we highly recommend! Favorites: seasonal focaccia and pizza

Pack's Tavern

20 South Spruce Street, Asheville, NC 28801

Favorites: tavern pretzels & big mozz sticks

Green Man Brewery (Dirty Jack's)

23 Buxton Ave., Asheville, NC 28801

On our first trip to Asheville, we took a selfie and later noticed a mannequin wearing a Jason mask in the background - ever since then we have made it a point to go back to Green Man just to get another selfie with Jason... it's become tradition! Favorites: tart berry

Noble Cider & Mead Taproom

356 New Leicester Highway, Asheville, NC 28806

If you're up for driving a little bit outside of downtown, this is a great spot. Neither of us are big cider people, but we love Noble. Favorites: spice merchant & village tart

For all the days along the way
