FAQs

If you have additional questions, please reach out to Courteney or Ryan.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is Friday, January 3, 2025, but we kindly ask you to RSVP as soon as possible, especially if you know you will not be able to attend. You are able to easily RSVP through the RSVP tab by searching one of the names on your invitation. If you miss the RSVP deadline, you will be marked as "unable to attend."

Question

Will there be a ceremony?

Answer

Since we had our private ceremony in 2024, we are going straight to the party. Besides, everyone's favorite part of a wedding is the reception anyway!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate plus ones unless addressed as "and guest" on your invitation. We want this day to be surrounded by friends and family closest to us - we hope you understand.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but have decided to make this a 21+ event weekend. We hope this gives you the chance to have a fun weekend getaway!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome party: dressy/business casual. Reception: semi-formal/cocktail: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits, dark jackets + slacks, and cocktail dresses. Dress as fancy as your heart desires! Please no jeans. The bridal party will be in olive green for those of you who would like to know (:

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at The Venue at 4:30pm for cocktail hour.

Question

How will I get to The Venue?

Answer

The Hilton Garden Inn is a (very) short walk or Uber/Lyft ride to The Venue. HGI guests may be able to take advantage of the complimentary downtown shuttle from 3pm - 11pm.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Given the time of year, there should be plenty of street parking available, however, we recommend our guests either walk from their hotel or take a short Uber/Lyft so you can enjoy the bar!

Question

What is the welcome party?

Answer

In lieu of a traditional "rehearsal dinner", we have decided to host a welcome party with drinks & light hors d'oeuvres for all of our guests who will be in town on Friday. An RSVP will be required along with your RSVP to the reception.

Question

Do you like looking at the menu ahead of time? Yeah, us too…
