IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING HOUSING: We are determined to make your stay safe, comfortable, fun and affordable. To that end, and because finding lodging in Omena can be tricky (there aren't any chain hotels nearby), we have gone ahead and booked up all the best lodging in the area. These properties are considered our “onsite” locations, i.e. where Robert, Lucy and the wedding party will be staying, where activities will be held, where food & drink will be provided, and where shuttles will pick up/ drop off. We have seriously subsidized these properties to provide a reduced rate for you! Please let us know via the Google Form below if you will stay onsite with us, and if so, after your formal RSVP we will "assign" your room! If Robert or Lucy call you "Aunt or Uncle," Mary and Bill Loveless will be coordinating with you directly upon RSVP to assign you housing and request payment! In order to allow the most friends to stay onsite, we are encouraging our guests to allow us to pair them with fellow guests and friends in suites. Most rooms have 2 queen beds, an ensuite bathroom and are quite spacious. See pictures of rooms and venues using the link below. The rate to stay onsite in a shared suite is $275 per person total for your stay. *Our events team will accept payment for your room after formal RSVP. Lodging is available to guests from Sunday 8/15 - Sunday 8/22, so once you reserve onsite accommodations, the $275 rate is fixed for the full week, whether you stay 3 nights, 5 or 7. Arrive whenever! Make the most of the cost, and treat yourself to a vacation. NOTE: The rate is also fixed if you have to arrive Friday/Saturday as we will need to assign space.
