Will there be a welcome party on Wednesday 09/04?

Answer

Our rehearsal dinner will include our wedding guests. However, we plan to grab cocktails at the Bar immediately after our rehearsal dinner. All are welcome to stop by for drinks.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We LOVE your kids; some kids will be included in our ceremony! However, we encourage you to enjoy the night kid-free!

Will there be any events on Friday 09/06?

Answer

On Friday morning, we would love it if everyone could grab breakfast at the lobby lounge of Hotel Zero! Come hang out, say goodbye, nurse a hangover, or whatever! Additionally, we recommend that people check out Aquila's Nest Vineyards. We will be there between 12 and 3 p.m. and will have a section set up for anyone who would like to attend. If wine isn't your thing, check out our list of places to visit in the area.

Can I bring a date? Unless your invite has a +1, you cannot bring a date. Again, space is limited, but trust that if you're in our circle, you have lots of familiar faces to be with! What will the weather be like? Welcome to Connecticut in September. The weather here can be unpredictable. Please check your preferred weather app! We would love 70 degrees and sunshine. Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible? Yes, it is, and on-site staff will be happy to help! Where should I park? There is plenty of free parking at the venue. We highly recommend taking a UBER for our wedding, ESPECIALLY if you plan on drinking. The roads get very dark at night! What should I wear? Formal Attire only. Long dresses for women, suits and Tuxedo for men. Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? Our wedding ceremony is planned for outdoors with an indoor reception. If it rains, both will be inside! Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding? Yes, please feel free to record our ceremony. Still, if you can hold off until posting later in the evening, we would appreciate a couple of hours to immerse ourselves in the moment. Feel free to break out your phones for the reception and post. Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury - no transportation provided. Located approximately 12 miles from the venue, Candlewood Inn. Uber or Lyft is around $18.00 one way.
