FAQs

Although you should find the answers to all your questions below... If you have any other questions than what we've listed, please reach out well in advance!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 10, 2026.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 10, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you; however, we need an exact count of guests by the RSVP date and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to attend our special day, as there will not be accommodations provided for those not accounted for).

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes early to allow for parking and getting a seat.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to dress up with us on our wedding day in their best, elevated Western outfits! Think rustic romance meets sophisticated! We encourage all guests to wear their favorite cowboy boots and hat, and to dress up in western cocktail attire. For the ladies, think long dresses paired with turquoise and your favorite western accessories. For the men, clean well-fitted jeans or slacks and a button-down. We are getting married in a beautiful outdoor space, so comfort is important, but we encourage you to dress to impress! We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing shorts and t-shirts to our ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a date or a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we ask that only those formally invited on your invitation be in attendance for our special day. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

All recommendations for accommodations are listed under the "travel" tab on our website. We encourage guests to make reservations for their stay AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, as the area gets very busy during the summer months! If the room blocks are full, we encourage guests to check out other resorts or air bnb in Weston, CO for their stay! For any questions, contact Grace or Dillon as soon as possible.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both events will be taking place at the same venue which has free on-site parking.

Question

What should I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate you will NOT attend on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd that you will attend but cannot make it, please let Grace or Dillon know as soon as possible!

Question

How can I contribute to the honeymoon fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our wedding day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that ALL phones and cameras be PUT AWAY during the ceremony. We are hiring an amazing photographer to do all the picture-taking during this time so everyone can be fully present with us. But, it is highly encouraged to pull out those cameras as the reception gets started!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be having a cash bar at our wedding for our guests to enjoy! Please note that Monument Lake is 8,500 feet above sea level. Your drinks may affect you faster than you think! Sip slow and stay hydrated!

Question

Who do I contact if I have a question the week/day of the wedding?

Answer

Literally anyone other than the bride and groom :) We love you all and can't wait to celebrate with you!
