When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have all RSVPs in ASAP but for an accurate headcount we must have all RSVPs in by June 15th, thank you!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’re so excited to have everyone in one place! All guests will be staying at Sun Mountain Lodge for the weekend. We’ve reserved a block of rooms for Friday and Saturday nights — please see the Travel page for booking details and deadlines.

When should I book my hotel by?

Answer

All room reservations under the Carroll-Laukala wedding block will need to be done by June 9th per venue request. Please note there is a two-night minimum stay and we hope you will spend the weekend with us for our celebrations!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. This means midi or maxi dresses for the girls and dress shirts/pants for the men. The weather is expected to be pretty hot and the ceremony is outdoors on the grass so please prioritize your comfort! The reception will be held indoor/outdoor.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
