This is a kiddo-friendly wedding! It's a larger venue, so make sure to keep an eye on your kids, especially during the more formal parts of the evening. With that being said, if parents want a night away from their littles, that's cool too!
Our venue is completely outdoors. Washington weather in June is honestly a coin-flip, so be prepared for rain just in case. Should rain be in the forecast, we will have a cover over the ceremony area and dance floor, as well as a covered area for us to eat under. However, after a few drinks we'll be dancing in the rain and embracing Washington for what it is! In addition, the venue is a mix of pavers and gravel, so for the ladies, a wider heel may be wise!
We have reserved two buses through Butler transportation that can accommodate 70 passengers in total. Preference is going to be given to those staying at the Archer Hotel and/or those who are from out of town, and have paid large travel expenses to be joining us on our special day. If you are local and would like to park near the Archer Hotel there is plenty of parking nearby, and if there is availability on the buses we encourage you to take advantage of that. Otherwise, please coordinate your own transportation logistics. After-parties will be happening at either the Palmers East or Matador bars in Redmond (tbd). Thank you for understanding.
Elegance meets the Great Outdoors! A PNW Summer wedding calls for formal attire with a touch of trail-ready. Wear your favorite dress, jumpsuit, slacks, or suit, and prepare to spend the night among trees and twinkling lights.
