Question

Based on COVID-19 guidelines, what precautions will you ensure are taken at your wedding (based on what we currently know)?

Answer

In an abundance of caution for the health and well-being of our guests, loved ones, and ourselves we have made intentional decisions about our wedding. Our wedding ceremony and reception will all be held outdoors in an open air environment, with ample space for social distancing. We are encouraging all of our guests who can be vaccinated to have one. Masks will not be required for vaccinated guests, but will be provided for any who would like to wear one. Additionally, we have selected wedding vendors who take safety measures in alignment with CDC guidelines and will have hand sanitizing stations at various locations at our venue.

Will your ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in an open air courtyard (weather permitting). Our inclement weather location is located indoors, but let's all pray for gorgeous October weather. There is no grass in the courtyard, so enjoy wearing those heels if you'd like!

Where should guests park? Is it free?

Answer

Please use the parking garage adjacent to the Bishop Museum of Science and Nature. Parking will be free for all guests. There is also limited street parking, but we encourage our guests to use the parking garage.

Will you have a live stream of your ceremony? What time will it be shared?

Answer

Yes! Details and links will be shared when available, but our ceremony will be live streamed. Tune in from 5:15-6:00pm for the exchanging of "I do"s!
