We have hotel blocks at two local hotels: The Holiday Inn Express in Sylva and The Best Western Plus in Dillsboro. These are both located within 10 min of the venue and each hotel will have a designated shuttle for the evening of the wedding. As a reminder it is highly recommended to utilize the shuttles! The venue is located on a mountain road and you can not leave your car overnight. Please use the links below (click the view button) to book directly through the hotels websites. Please note you must book the hotel by April 15, 2026 to get the hotel block price.

We have a shuttle that will be picking up/dropping off guests at the Dillsboro Best Western and Sylva Holiday Inn! It will pick up at the Best Western at 3:45 PM and the Holiday Inn at 3:55 PM, arriving at the venue by 4:10 PM. Please be ensure you're on time as the shuttles will leave promptly! There will also be an early shuttle leaving the venue at 8:30 PM and the final shuttle will leave at 11:10 PM. *Immediate family & bridal party partners there is a separate shuttle for you picking up at the lodge at 4 PM!

Airbnb

There are lots of Airbnb's in the surrounding towns around this area (Bryson City, Sylva, Whittier, Dillsboro, Cherokee, etc..). Please note that shuttles will not be able to pick up from anywhere except the designated hotels, Uber is not reliable, and you are not able to leave a car at the venue overnight! This a mountain venue, with a mountain road - we strongly encourage using the shuttle buses if you plan on drinking or are not comfortable driving at night.

Asheville Airport

The Asheville Airport is the closest airport to the wedding venue area (1 hr from the airport). You will need to rent a car to get to this area as Uber is not a reliable option. *Other airports that are within driving distance from the wedding area are Charlotte (3 hrs) and Knoxville (2 hrs).
