Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! We recommend suits (jacket optional) for men, and mid- or floor-length dresses or pantsuits for women. As long as you're not wearing white, the rest is up to you!!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Charlottesville in early October is typically between 70-80°F during the day. At night, temperatures vary between 60-65°F.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is set to be outdoors and our reception will be indoors. We will have a rain plan, but please send good vibes for a sunny day!

Will there be any special diet options?

Answer

Yes! We will have ample food for meat-eaters and vegetarians alike. For those who we know are vegan, we will have an order put in for your main entree ahead of time. If you or your date are vegan and aren't sure we know -- please reach out and we can get that taken care of for you. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please let us know at least two-months prior to the wedding weekend!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the venue?

Answer

We will provide transportation. The Market at Grelen is quite remote and in the mountains, so we want to make sure nobody needs to drive home on the windy roads in the dark. If you'd like to drive on your own, please let us know.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
