The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive to the venue between 4:00 and 4:20 to allow time for parking, shuttling, and being seated. The venue will stop the shuttle to the chapel at 4:20; guests arriving after that time will be shuttled to the reception location. Please you this address and follow the signage to make sure you arrive at the correct spot: 578 Bailey Road, Moosup, CT 06354.

Semi-Formal Garden Attire: mid-length or floor-length dresses or suits, optional to wear floral prints and/or light summer hues.

While we adore children, we’ve opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. Dinner will be served family-style with vegetarian and gluten free options. Please contact Emily at (860) 978-5346 with any special circumstances.

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue. Guests will be shuttled across the property throughout the day, and shuttled back to their cars at the end of the night. Please take all items you need for the night with you, do not leave them in your car.

No transportation is offered between the venue and the nearby hotels. Listed hotels are approximately 20-35 minutes from the venue. We recommend checking into your hotel room early afternoon and Ubering to and from the venue.

Although we can’t predict the weather, we can assure everyone will be comfortable no matter if it is full sun or raining. The ceremony and reception will take place in temperature-controlled, covered spaces.

Guests can be seated wherever they are comfortable on either side of the aisle. Please keep the first two rows reserved for immediate family and the wedding party.

We will be providing alcohol service at the reception. Our venue prohibits guests from bringing their own alcohol.

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Feel free to take pictures and videos during the reception! There will also be two digital cameras floating around for guests to use. We have incredibly talented photographers and videographers attending the wedding, photos will be shared with guests when they are available.
