I met David when he came to work in the Customer Service Department at Electronic Caregiver. We worked at desks right next to each other and just started talking through our days working away. With each passing day, rather a mutual found love of corgis and Rend Collective, we just became super close and began hanging outside of work. It’s just been a few years of our friendship, but it seems like we’ve been through so much together. We can share anything and our conversations seamlessly transition from one topic to the next. David is a fantastic brother in Christ and someone that has helped my walk. He’s just someone I can have tons of fun with and, of course, without him and his wife, Nikki, wouldn’t be here celebrating this day.

I met Rachel in college. It started out as an acquaintance and then we became accountability partners. From there, we quickly became best friends. Rachel has been my number 1 supporter in everything I've done including moving away from her 2 different times. She is all the best things you need in a friend and then some. She has walked with me through some of the most joyous times as well as the most frustrating and confusing times. This day would not be complete without Rachel by my side.
Kevin Gaughan

Kevin and I met when we were overseas in high school attending the American School of The Hague. We both ran Cross Country and ended up spending a lot of time together running the streets and staying at the same place on school team trips. Our connection and friendship grew during that time. After high school, we’ve been able to meet up almost once a year to visit each other or explore new towns. (Apart from Taylor, he’s one of the people I can talk with on the phone for hours on end) He’s one of my closest friends and certainly extended family. It’s always a laugh with Kevin and he has one of the best around.
Amanda Veith

Amanda is my older sister. We had a rocky relationship for most of our life, but a few years ago, we had a turning point. Since then, she has been one of my closest friends. She is someone I go to for advice in relationships, finances, and other things. She has been invaluable in my relationship with Nathan as she has asked me good questions to help me think through and evaluate things. I know she will always be there to support me and push me to challenge myself and reach for my goals. I'm so happy to have her standing by me on this special day.
Jimmie Doss

Jim was a friend I met through some friends in college. There was an instant connection and I was just able to talk to him. I remember just having a conversation in a kitchen during a bbq with him and a few others and just kind of knowing he would be a friend for a long time. I moved in with Jim a few years later and it was a fantastic time of working on cars and making bullets and just chatting about life all along the way. Jim has been a friend through some of my hardest challenges and has helped me through so much. I’m thankful for his friendship and happy to have him beside me to celebrate this big day.
Molly Hutchison

Molly is one of my best friends. We met in college, but didn't become close friends until we moved overseas together. Living in another country with someone gives you an unbreakable and unexplainable bond. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to live with Molly in this capacity. She has taught me so much about relationships and the importance of communication. Molly and her husband Scott have been a huge blessing to us in our relationship as they have hosted us and gone on double dates with us. This day could not happen without her!
Dawson Hunt

I met Dawson through some mutual friends. Shortly after he and his wife Allison got married, they started a bible study at their house. I would hang out with them after the study. Dawson has been someone that’s helped me grow in my faith and relationship with Jesus. We’ve done numerous bible and book studies together and Dawson has been a great mentor for me. He’s also someone I can get to go on a distance run with me.
Amanda Voeks

We became roommates after I came back from living overseas. Amanda was the perfect roommate for that season as she helped me process culture shock, re-entry, and just adulthood in America. She challenges me to set goals and to be ambitious. She encourages me to always seek out adventures and is the only one crazy enough to bail on our responsibilities and travel through Asia for 3 weeks. Amanda was there for the beginning stages of our relationship! I can't imagine our special day without Amanda.
Joe Padilla

Joe and I met in a graduate business class when he had asked what I did for a paper homework assignment. I was a little shocked at first, but from that time, we started comparing more assignments and then randomly ended up together on a group project in a different class. We became friends after hanging out working on those assignments together and decided to start to schedule the rest of our classes together. Wanting to relax we would look for activities to do and still hung out after school. I’ve lived with Joe the last few years and it’s been a great time and wonderful to have someone to talk through life’s ups and downs.
Nikki Goniotakis

I met Nikki through my step sister. And then through a mutual friend. Although we don't spend too much time together, she is a great friend. She has offered advice and helped me navigate through my fears of marriage and commitment. We always have so much fun together. She is also the one who put this whole thing in motion. Nikki's husband David works with Nathan and as soon as she met him, she let me know we were a perfect match. I resisted for a while, but eventually, Nikki was right. Without Nikki, none of us would be here to celebrate.
Brett Newcomer

I met Brett during college. We’ve done numerous activities together from bowling and softball. I lived with Brett and Jim and then also just with Brett for a few years when he bought a house. But we have taken many, many trips back and forth to Phoenix to catch Diamondbacks games. Along with waking up at 4am to catch hockey during the Olympics. He’s also one of my weekly, reliable lunch partners and has been a great friend these many years.
Amanda Glover

I met Amanda (yes, really I have 3 Amandas in the wedding) shortly after moving to Arizona. We instantly clicked and I knew right away she was the answer to my 2 year long prayers in searching for a mentor. Although I've only known Amanda for a short time, she has impacted my life for the better in the way she prays for me, encourages me, challenges me, and pushes me to pursue Christ more deeply. She has played a huge role in our relationship behind the scenes by praying for us and for the way she has helped me process through my thoughts and emotions. I can't imagine this day without her!
