Things To Do

Below are an assorted set of recommendations by Adam, Katelyn, and Boomer. Adam's are outdoorsy things, Katelny are indoorsy things, and Boomer's are all his favorite public parks to pee on trees.

Kerry Park

211 West Highland Drive, Seattle, WA 98119

An iconic Seattle park featured in the movie 10 Things I Hate About You with breathtaking views of the city, the Space Needle, and Mount Rainier on a clear day!

Discovery Park

3699 43rd Ave W, Seattle, WA 98199, Seattle, WA 98199

We definitely recommend parking in the south parking lot and walking down to the coast to get a great view of the Olympics and all the boats on the water!

Olympic Sculpture Park

2901 Western Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

Have yourself a Sunset Thursday TM and take a walk along the Puget Sound with views of the water, the mountains, and on a warm day a sailboat regatta!

Aerlume Seattle

2003 Western Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121

Aerlume is where Adam and Katelyn got engaged! With excellent views of the water, top tier service, and delicious eats, it's become our go to spot for a fancy night out to celebrate any kind of occasion.

Dough Joy

1316 East Pike Street, Seattle, WA 98122

What once began as just a measly food truck in Ballard when we first moved here, is now a hugely successful vegan doughnut shop with multiple brick and mortar locations and a variety of delicious rotating flavors.

Kamakura Japanese Cuisine and Sushi

3520 Fremont Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98103

Our favorite sushi spot (with a full vegan and real fish menu) tucked away in a cozy corner of the Fremont neighborhood just across the Fremont Bridge.

Fremont Vintage Mall

3419 Fremont Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98103

You could spend hours here wandering the aisles of clothes, knick-knacks, and collectors items. It's a super eclectic local store for everything you didn't know you needed.

GameWorks Seattle

1511 7th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101

While Seattle is full of iconic pinball and arcade bars, no one does it better than good old fashioned GameWorks. This is where we shot our engagement photos (seen all over this website) and it has everything a gamer could want old and new.

Hattie's Hat Restaurant

5231 Ballard Avenue Northwest, Seattle, WA 98107

Ballard's best brunch spot since 1904! Katelyn recommends the eggs benedict and a Bloody Mary (her go to Birthday meal of choice). There is often little to no wait and afterwards you can walk around the many stores next door in the Ballard area.
