When and where is the wedding?

We’re getting married on September 19, 2026 at Twin Willow Gardens in Snohomish, Washington. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding dress code is garden party formal. Think elevated and elegant, but comfortable enough to enjoy the outdoors! Men should wear a coat and tie, and women are encouraged to wear a long dress or a jumpsuit. We recommend wedges or block heels instead of stilettos, as the ceremony and reception will take place on grass.

What time should guests arrive?

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:30 to allow time for parking and seating.

Where should guests stay?
Answer

Is transportation provided?

Yes! A shuttle will run from the hotel to the venue and back after the reception.

Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening unless specifically stated on your invitation.

Are there any additional events?

Yes! Everyone is welcome to join our Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night at 6PM at the Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge located in the Lotte Hotel.

What should I wear to the rehearsal dinner?

We ask that you wear cocktail attire for the rehearsal dinner.

Where are you registered?
Answer
Your presence is the best gift! But if you’d like to send something, we’re registered at Crate & Barrel, Amazon, and Zola.

Can we ship gifts to you directly?
Answer
Yes! Everything can be shipped to our home through our Zola registry for convenience.

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?
Answer
Yes! Both will be held at Twin Willow Gardens, with cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony.

What meal options are available?
Answer
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free appetizers and dinners will be available to all guests at both the rehearsal dinner and the reception.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will not be moved due to rain. Umbrellas will be made available for guests. Please dress accordingly.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
