We will be starting the wedding ceremony at 3:00pm sharp. Do not be late. For more information on the timeline, you can check the tab that says "Schedule".
This event is semi-formal or dressy-casual type attire. Feel free to dress black tie optional if you want, however there is lots of grass! So maybe re-think stem heels. There is also a chance of some showers, so prepare accordingly!
We will be having the ceremony outside on the back lawn of the mansion. However, there is the Dining Hall where we will be having our dinner, and the Dance Barn as well. The entire reception can be spread throughout these areas & is in close proximity. We hope you love it! We do have a plan in case it rains as well.
There is a chance of some showers on the day of. Unless it's an absolute down pour, we are planning on having the ceremony outside. We will have umbrellas available; enough for most but not for all. (These umbrellas are rented so please return them before you leave!). We will have some pop up tents set up as well. We do have an indoor plan if needed, but again we are planning to be outside.
The owner kindly asked that the use of the mansion is primarily of those who are staying there. Please refer to the signage you will see around the venue as there may be accessible & inaccessible points throughout the space. TIA for your understanding!
There is a field parking lot that is next door to the Mansion. We will have parking guides ushering you in properly, but please note that the parking area is dirt & grass. There will be a walkway through the trees that lead you to the venue.
We are pleased to offer a shuttle service for our guests! This is for those that are planning to stay at the hotel in Kennebunk. The shuttle will transport guests from the hotel to the venue and back. Each trip takes ~30 minutes. If you plan to use this service, please go to the HOTEL in Kennebunk first. Early check-in may be available but isn't guaranteed. The shuttle departs the hotel at 2:00pm sharp, arriving at the venue 30 minutes before the ceremony. The shuttle will pick you up from the venue at 9:30pm to return to the hotel. Timeline: - Arrive at the hotel before 2:00pm (check in early if available) - Depart hotel at 2:00pm SHARP, arriving at the venue around 2:30pm - Celebrate - Depart venue at 9:30pm, arriving at the hotel around 10:00pm
We kindly ask that smoking of any kind takes place by the fire pit which you will see in the center/hub of the venue. It is the perfect place to throw all the buds, so we can keep this property nice & beautiful. TIA!
As much as you all know we are animal lovers, this will be a pet-free event.
Due to limited space, we are not able to accommodate a plus one for all of our guests. Your invitation envelope will be addressed to those in your household who are invited to the wedding. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have a question on this.
To allow all guests to relax & enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only (18+). We thank you for your understanding & can't wait to celebrate with you!
We will be sending all wedding gifts bought from our registry to the Kondrat Household at 49 Winter Street, Exeter NH 03833. We are doing this to evade the issues we face with mail at home.
