Shuttle Service
2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
DO NOT GO TO THE HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE THIS SERVICE! We are pleased to offer a shuttle service for our guests! The shuttle will transport guests from the hotel to the venue and back. Each trip takes ~30 minutes. If you plan to use this service, please go to the HOTEL in Kennebunk first. Early check-in may be available but isn't guaranteed. The shuttle departs the hotel at 2:00pm sharp, arriving at the venue 30 minutes before the ceremony. The shuttle will pick you up from the venue at 9:30pm to return to the hotel. Timeline: - Arrive at the hotel before 2:00pm (check in early if available) - Depart hotel at 2:00pm SHARP, arriving at the venue around 2:30pm - Celebrate - Depart venue at 9:30pm, arriving at the hotel around 10:00pm For those considering alternative accommodations, there are rentals in the area. Note that ride shares will likely not be available. Important: Please only select "Will Attend" if you plan to use the shuttle service.
The Wedding Event

This event is semi-formal or dressy-casual type attire. Feel free to dress black tie optional if you want, however there is lots of grass! So maybe re-think stem heels.

The Bar will be stationed in the Dance Barn throughout the night. While Amanda & Jake are taking pictures, please feel free to graze the venue, mingle with guests, and get a good buzz on before seeing the happy couple in full glory!
Reception

At 5:00pm we will enter the dining hall where the bridal party & newlyweds will be introduced, and dinner will be served shortly after.
