FAQs

For any other questions or further elaboration needed please feel free to contact Emma or Zack. We’re here to help and look forward to celebrating with you!
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be black tie. For men, that means a tuxedo (or a dark suit with a black tie if you prefer). For women, a floor-length gown or a very formal cocktail dress. Think elegant and timeless. We kindly ask that guests do not wear white, off-white, ivory, or cream to the wedding. If you’re unsure if your outfit would qualify as white, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Emma directly. Our ceremony will be outside, we will have heaters but if you tend to run cold we recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket. We also completely understand that formal attire can be an investment, if the dress code feels out of reach, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’d much rather have you with us celebrating than stressing about what to wear. We will gladly work with you to make accommodations.

Question

How and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st. You can do so by clicking the RSVP tab either on the home page or menu side bar.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are! You can find our registry under the Registry tab on the home page or in the menu bar. You can also go to Zola.com and search our first and last name under “find a couple” and it will bring you back to our website!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes early to the ceremony. This will give you time to sign the guest book, mingle, and be seated. Upon entering, you will be greeted with a glass of champagne and the beautiful sounds of our string quartet as you settle in before the ceremony begins.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our guest list is set, so the invitation will reflect who’s included. If you are given a guest your invitation will indicate it as “(your name) and guest”.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.
